If the total amount of your new purchase including shipping charges is less than or equal to the balance available in your Emixstore Wallet, the system will notify you that there is sufficient balance in your Emixstore Wallet. We accept return of the product only if it is in its original unopened box or box with all labels and barcodes on them, but in this case, please consult our Help Center for more information.
