Precautions for Use

To avoid the risk of electric shock due to lack of grounding, the product must be used with proper grounding. If the ground wire in the socket is not properly connected, charging may fail. Add a ground wire to the socket. This product is equipped with a 32-amp plug and can only be used with a 32-amp socket that meets national standards. The socket diameter must be greater than or equal to 5.28 mm². Improper use of the socket or cable may result in a fire hazard due to heat.
When charging with this product, the charging head and the vehicle’s power outlet must be securely connected. If the connection indicator light is green, the connection is correct.
When using the product, avoid exposing the charging head to rain to prevent damage or unnecessary hazards.
During high-current operation, do not touch the metal connector to avoid electric shock.
The control box and charging head are made of plastic; therefore, avoid external impacts to prevent affecting use and safety.
When charging, first connect the power plug, then the charging head. When finished, disconnect the charging head first, then the plug.
During charging, it is strictly forbidden to place the device inside a vehicle or in an enclosed space, and it should not be placed near any object that generates high heat.
